HOVA® film coated tablet - Natural calmness
Hova is a tranquilizer that contains natural ingredients: valeriana root dry extract and dry hop cone extract. It is recommended to be taken when you are restless, nervous, or anxious.
Dried hop cone extract and valeriana root dry extract are herbs with tranquilizing, muscle relaxant, and spasmolytic effect, they have been used in folk medicine for a long time also in combination. Compared to several different types of tranquilizers, no known drug addiction develops if it is administered according to the summary of product characteristics.
Valeriana root used in medicine relieves anxiety and motor and psychic restlessness; it is a mild spasmolytic and muscle relaxant. It increases your capacity to concentrate. It is used as a tranquilizer to ease anxiety and fear, in sleep disorders and heart complaints caused by stress.
Hop cone used as a drug has mild sedative and tranquilizing effect.
Dosage
dults should take 1 film coated tablet 1 to 3 times a day in case of restlessness, nervousness, or anxiety. The film coated tablet should be swallowed with a little fluid without chewing.

45.5 mg dry hop cone extract and 200.2 mg valeriana root dry extract in 1 tablet.
