Imorevin® 2 mg/125 mg tablet – fast and gentle solution to treat acute diarrhea

It is recommended for the symptomatic treatment of adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years in acute diarrhea of various origins. It is especially useful if the diarrhea is accompanied by abdominal discomfort with gas formation, that is, bloating, cramps or flatulence.

Imorevin is a new generation product for the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhea. Its unique features are due to the combination of loperamide/simethicone.

It is beneficial in fast and gentle decrease of diarrhea so sufferings lasting for several days can be prevented as well as permanent loss of salts and fluid resulting in loss of energy. Imorevin is a non-lactose product; thus, it can be used even in people with lactose intolerance.

Dosage:

For adults

You should begin with taking 2 tablets, and then continue with taking 1 tablet after each occasion of passing loose stool. The maximum dose is 4 tablets per day up to 2 consecutive days.

For adolescents between ages 12–18 years

You should begin with taking 1 tablet, and then continue with taking 1 tablet after each occasion of passing loose stool. The maximum dose is 4 tablets per day up to 2 consecutive days.

For children

Imorevin tablet is not recommended to be administered to children under the age of 12 years.

For the elderly

No modification in the dose is needed in the elderly.

How to use it:

The tablet should be swallowed with some fluid.

Active ingredients:

loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg and simethicone (activated dimethicone) 125 mg in each tablet.
